As we go through each day’s journey, twilight guides us through the shift from day to night and night to day. At morning twilight, the sun’s rays start to peak on our side of the earth. It’s time to meditate and get ready for the day. A time to stretch and breath; a moment of calm. After our full day of adventure, twilight is there to greet us again, giving us time to reflect, take a deep breath, and relax. The sun has set. The moon has yet to rise. It’s quiet, and I am at peace. The life cycle continues, living by the sun and the moon.
