LIGHTFUL - ARTIST STATEMENT
I express my feelings, reflections, and affirmations through fiber, light, and poetry. During the continuous journey of bringing these positive glow light beams to life, I contemplate on the way I live and move throughout my life. We have many deep relationships with oneself, with others, our thoughts, our flowing intentions, our experiences, and our union with nature. By way of the human connection, we share our stories that narrate what we understand, the lessons learned, deep down what we believe, our true feelings, and our past, present, and future beings. I choose to contribute energy and communicate my insights through creativity and positivity.
The light has many forms.
It’s the light bulb in my head,
It’s the light we share with each other.
It’s the light I acknowledge within.
It’s the light I see naturally.

My name is Hallie Rae Ward. I am a visual art artist who creates Pure Art and a design line called HRW Designs. I am also the Art Business Director at Art for the People Gallery. My life is Positively Poppin’ and therefore my art has the same vibe! I intentionally move through life with creativity, activity, love, and drive. My energy is vibrant which is a combination of being artistic, athletic, outgoing, passionate, and lover of nature and beings.

What shall I wear so that I feel divine?
Butterflies inside,
Pep talking my mind.
I am divine, stay true to my design.
Trust myself, have fun, and shine.
We come together and take a seat.
I can feel the love of my heart beat.

The glow of EARTHLIGHT shines far and wide.
It comes from the sun, connects with the earth
And bounces onto the moon.
Just as humans do,
We reflect light on each other.
Whether it’s a bright light or dim light,
Light is bouncing from one to another.
Sharing light is the key
For all of us to truly see
Our presence as it is,
Our being is all the same.
Living this life we were gifted to live,
Sharing kindness and knowledge,
That is our calling.

A night owl naturally.
I look up and the MOONLIGHT shines on me.
Just me and the moon,
I reveal my true tune.
As I look up at the moon,
I know you’re looking up too.
Let us bask in the MOONLIGHT,
Near or afar.
It’s never an au revoir,
But a full reservoir
Of feeling love and knowing,
That no matter where or who you are,
We can both look up at the moon.
